Sampling & Testing

Every project starts with a sample. Our laboratory sends trials on blotter first, then in your chosen base, and tests each one for stability, compatibility and scent profile. Nothing moves to a production line until you have approved a sample and the batch record has been signed off.

How We Test a Batch

Tested at every stage, not only at the end.
Retention sample bottles from production batches stored on a shelf

You receive two or three trial directions on blotter first, then the chosen direction in your own base. Further rounds continue until the sample is approved and released for production.

Incoming raw materials are screened, the blend is checked against the approved standard, and the filled units are inspected for volume and seal before any carton is closed, with the result recorded against the batch.

Yes. Retained units from every production run stay on file for the agreed shelf-life period, so a repeat order can be compared against the original batch and any drift is caught early.

Yes. Send the concentrate or the finished product and our laboratory will check its stability, how it behaves in your packaging, and the fill performance on our own lines before any slot is booked.
