Perfume Gift Sets
A gift set is a manufacturing problem as much as a merchandising one: several finished components have to be produced to one schedule, then assembled, sleeved and packed so the set arrives intact. Rilakis builds sets from any of our fragrance formats, and the whole set is assembled on the same floor where the bottles are filled.
How We Manufacture It
Set components — vials, bottles, tins, diffusers — are scheduled against a single production plan so every element carries the same batch date. Assembly, insert fitting, sleeve wrapping and boxing happen in-house, which removes the mismatch that occurs when components arrive from separate suppliers. For a seasonal line, the packaging artwork can change while the fragrance, fill and components stay identical, so a reorder costs the same per unit as the original run.

Documents and Compliance
Every fragrance in the set is IFRA-screened for the destination market and each batch carries a certificate of analysis. Where a set mixes formats — a spray with a solid, for example — documents are issued per component.
