Solid Perfume Balm
Solid perfume is a compact format with a short, precise process: a wax and oil base is melted, dosed with fragrance, poured at temperature and cooled into the tin. The manufacturing risk sits in the pour — too hot and the top notes flash off, too cool and the surface sets unevenly. We run the base to a fixed formula and control pour temperature and cooling so the balm sets flat, holds its scent and stays stable in transit.
How We Manufacture It
The base is compounded in small batches — typically a wax and oil blend, with shea butter, petroleum jelly and silicone bases also available — then fragrance is dosed at the ratio agreed at sample stage. The balm is poured into tins, pans or stick tubes, cooled on a controlled line, then capped, labelled and packed. Because we also produce liquid fragrance, a solid balm can be matched to a spray from the same accord.
What We Can Customise
- Fragrance direction, from bright citrus to a heavy amber base
- Base formula: wax and oil, shea butter, petroleum jelly or silicone
- Fragrance load, from a light touch to a full-strength balm
- Tin size, material, finish and interior fit
- Lid decoration: emboss, deboss, engraving or print
- Outer carton, sleeve and gift packaging
Documents and Compliance
Each batch is issued with a certificate of analysis, and the fragrance used is screened for IFRA conformity for your market. Base material declarations are available where an importer requires them.
