Perfume & Eau de Parfum
Fine fragrance is the format Rilakis is built around. A spray perfume is a manufacturing decision before it is a design decision: concentration, alcohol grade, maceration time and fill accuracy all shape how the scent performs on skin. We compound, fill, cap, label and carton the finished bottle in one facility in Guangzhou, so a brand brief arrives as a scent idea and leaves as sealed retail stock.
How We Manufacture It
Every run starts at the bench. Our perfumers work from a reference, a brief or an existing compound, then the accord is compounded, macerated and filtered before it reaches the filling line. Six automated lines handle fill volumes from travel sprays through to full-size flacons, with crimp and screw closures set by torque and checked for seal integrity. Batch coding, labelling and carton assembly follow on the same floor, so the scent you approve at sample stage is the scent that ships.
What We Can Customise
- Fragrance direction, concentration (cologne to extrait) and alcohol grade
- Bottle shape, glass weight, neck finish and decoration
- Pump, cap, collar and crimp or screw closure
- Label, screen print, hot stamp and batch coding
- Outer carton, insert, sleeve and shrink configuration
- Travel spray and full-size flacon formats from one accord
Documents and Compliance
Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis and an MSDS, and every formula is screened against IFRA standards for the destination market. Export documentation — packing list, invoice and conformity statements where required — is issued from the same office that runs your production.
